Abstract
The composition of the homogeneous condensation products was studied i n a reaction between 4,4'-isopropylidenebisphenol and epichlorohydrin, the intermediates formed during the synthesis of bisphenol based olig omers. It is shown that HPLC separation of the products on a silica ge l using an eluent forming no hydrogen bonds with hydroxy groups of the oligomer proceeds at the expense of OH group sorption by the fixed ph ase surface.
