Abstract
Both syn- and anti-bicyclopropane derivatives have been efficiently pr epared with good relative and absolute stereocontrol using reagent con trolled asymmetric cyclopropanation reactions. Double Simmons-Smith cy clopropanation of 2,4-dien-1-ols stereoselectively gave the correspond ing anti-bicyclopropane derivatives. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Scien ce Ltd
