Abstract
Chronic fatigue syndrome is a heterogeneous condition with no proven e ffective treatment. I present two case reports in which N of 1 trials helped me make management decisions. High-dose vitamin B-12 injections were ineffective in one case; nimodipine was very effective in the ot her case.
