Abstract
We report on a female patient who was suffering from a duodenal ulcer with an oozing haemorrhage, It turned out to be the result of an adeno ma of the parathyroid combined with the clinical picture of an 'osteod ystrophia fibrosa cystica generalisata', which is rarely seen. The the rapy consisted in a parathyroidectomy.
