Abstract
We introduce a new model for the production of J/psi and Y particles a t high energies. We calculate the corresponding cross sections and p(t ) distributions for Tevatron and HERA conditions and present a compari son of the theoretical predictions and the experimental results. The p roposed model is found to be able to satisfy all modem data.
