Abstract
The method for calculation of single enzyme elasticity is suggested. I t was shown if the kinetic mechanism was defined local parameters of c lassical metabolic control theory could be obtained from the rate cont rol coefficients of elemental steps in enzyme reaction. Besides it's o ffered a new parameter. This is a response of elasticity to change of elemental step constant. It's proved the sum of these coefficients ove r all stages of enzyme reaction is equal to zero. The using of the met hod for description of biological system which are close to in vivo co ndition is discussed.
