Abstract
Using fluorescent probe 4-(dimethylaminostyryl)-1-methylpiridine n-tol uenesulfonate (DSM) the effect of ribonuslease and lysozyme on the str ucture of liposomes composed of phosphatidylcholine and diphosphatidyl glycerol has been studied. An analysis of DSM spectra contour has been carried out and parameters of inhomogeneous broadening(has been estim ated. Polarity of the probe surroundings was found to decrease upon li pid-protein complexes formation.
