Abstract
We have analyzed the patterns formed by water flowing over an inhomoge neous incline and have found fractal scaling behavior in the downhill direction, with d(f)=1.35-1.45. The observed behavior is consistent wi th recent theoretical predictions involving nonlinear fluid flow close to threshold conditions.
