We present results of the detailed study of magnetization in the super
conducting C15-Laves phase compound CeRu2 giving special emphasis on t
he recently discovered anomalous regime of the B-T phase diagarm. Our
study indicates that the magnetic response in this anomalous regime is
quite inhomogeneous in nature. This is in consonance with the recent
conjecture in terms of Fulde-Ferrel-Larkin-Ovchinnikov state.
