Abstract
An approach for optimisation of multistage processes under uncertainti es using an extended iterative dynamic programming procedure and fuzzy identification of the stages is presented. An original heuristic appr oach, the multicomplex method, for better initial estimation of the op timal control strategy is introduced. The efficiency of the elaborated approach is tested on a technological process for ferrite production as an example for an optimisation problem under considerable uncertain ty.
