Abstract
Sulphamethoxazole and Sulphadiazine have been estimated in different c oncentration ranges, based on diazo-coupling with 8-Quinolinol followe d by Spectrophotometric determination. The method is found to obey the Beer's Lambert law for the concentration as low at 1.3x10(-2) mg/ml.
