Abstract
Tris(iminotriphenylphosphoranyl)phosphonium, chloride 2, tris(iminotri phenylphosphoranyl)phosphine 3, bis(iminotriphenylphosphoranyl)dichlor osilane 4, tris(iminotriphenylphosphoranyl)-chlorosilane 5 and -hydrog enosilane 6 have been prepared by reacting the iminotriphenylphosphora ne 1 with trichlorophosphine or the corresponding chlorosilanes.
