Abstract
The potential for cool storage air-conditioning (CSA) has been assesse d for the Thai commercial sector. Computer simulations of customer gro ups of electric utilities were performed to evaluate investment and el ectricity costs for a number of tariff cases. Field evaluations were p erformed through interviews with decision makers, using a multi-criter ia decision method. There results confirm good potential for applicati on of CSA.
