Abstract
The reaction between Ru-3(CO)(12) with ethyl methacrylate in octane fo llowed by separation by TLC has given the new pentaruthenium cluster [ (mu-H)(2)Ru-5{mu(4)-CC(CH3)COOC2H5}(CO)(14)]. The product was characte rized by elemental analyses, IR, and NMR and the X-ray was determined by diffraction analysis. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
