IMAGE PARALLEL STORAGE TECHNIQUE USING HOLOGRAPHIC OPTICAL DISK

A novel method for implementing image parallel storage is presented, b ased on the theory of holographic optical disk storage. The required o ptical disk holograms are designed using an iterative search algorithm which we developed. The image readout architecture is proposed, and t he search technique of specified optical disk holograms is described i n detail. An experiment has been performed to demonstrate the optical comparison parallel encoding addressing technique.
