ECSTASY - DESIGN DRUG OF THE TECHNO SCENE

Ecstasy is the term for MDMA, which is spread most of all in the techn o scene. Wellknown for centuries as an agent of the nutmeg, MDMA was d iscovered as a drug during the last decades. Origin, physical and psyc hical effects and the results of chronical abuse are described. Consum e of XTC as a typical drug abuse of the techno scene represents a new challenge for the classical drug aid system. There are only few points of contact with the heroin scene.
