Abstract
A ZnSe-Zn0.78Cd0.22Se multi-superlattice consisting of superlattices w ith differing well widths (2, 3.8, and 8.2 nm) was investigated It was found that this structure is highly suitable for effective optical pu mping which might provide new opportunities in multicolor emission and band structure engineering. The features of the multi-superlattice we re compared with that of a ZnSe-ZnCdSe single superlattice.
