olated from the wood of Excoecaria agullocha LINN. The structures of e
xcoecarins A, B and C mere established as (13R,14R)-ent-8 alpha,13;14,
15-diepoxy-13-epi-labda-3-one (2), (13R.14S)-ent-8 alpha,13;14,15-diep
oxy-13-epi-labda-3-one (3), (13R,14R)-ent-8 alpha,13,14,15-diepoxy-13-
epi-labda-3 beta-ol (4), respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic d
ata and chemical evidence.
