Abstract
The 1995 Dayton Peach Agreement approved deployment of 60,000 Implemen tation Forces soldiers to provide peach enforcement in Croatia and Bos nia-Herzegovina. Implementation Forces are considered vital to the suc cess of the Dayton Peace Agreement. The North Atlantic Treaty Organiza tion (NATO) initiated a multi-national military peace-enforcement exer cise called Operation Joint Endeavor. Commander for Support, located i n Zagreb, Croatia, was specifically created for Operation Joint Endeav or to provide logistical support for Implementation Forces. The Medica l Coordination Center, comprised of health professionals from 11 diffe rent nations, is responsible for implementing all provisions of medica l support to Implementation Forces personnel.
