Fluctuation spectra in a macroscopically agitated magnetized plasma ar
e derived and investigated in the case of small correlation length ass
ociated with turbulent plasma motion. It is shown, that modification o
f test particle and its shielding can result in transformation of fluc
tuation spectral distributions, which is subordinated to a turbulent d
iffusion coefficient. An enhancement of fluctuation intensities in the
macroscopically agitated magnetized plasma is demonstrated also.
