Abstract
The two-component process permits different materials to be injection moulded together in a single part One particularly interesting applica tion is that of hard/soft combinations in which a thermal plastic is p rocessed together with a thermal plastic elastomer. After a surrey of processing technology and the factors influencing bond strength, some examples are given to show typical applications for the two-component process.
