Abstract
In the manufacture of twenty million digital compact cassettes (DCC) t he interface between the injection mould and the palletting station is of particular importance. The individual stages of withdrawal, transf er, assembly, parts conveyance and palletting are carried out by only one handling gantry with a horizontal robot.
