Abstract
Herein, we review the magnetic, superconducting and structural phase d iagrams of the title systems, with an emphasis on our recent results f rom magnetic and structural neutron diffraction, magnetic susceptibili ty and La-139 nuclear quadrupole resonance measurements. The results c larify the miscibility gap in the La2CuO4+delta system, and indicate t he occurrence of frustrated phase separation on a nanoscopic length sc ale in the La2-xSrxCuO4 system with 0 < x less than or similar to 0.05 .
