Abstract
Reproducible growth by TSFZ (Traveling Solvent Floating Zone) method o f large La2-xSrxCuO4 single-crystals has been established using lamp-i mage floating-zone furnaces with steep temperature gradient. Sizable s ingle crystals with high quality can be provided for typical neutron s cattering measurements.
