I. Pasaoglu et al., LEFT-VENTRICULAR ANEURYSM IN A YOUNG MALE DUE TO SPONTANEOUS CORONARY-ARTERY DISSECTION, The thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon, 42(6), 1994, pp. 364-366
A case of spontaneous coronary artery dissection in a 26-year-old male
with subsequent left-ventricular aneurysm is reported. A coronary byp
ass operation using left internal mammary artery combined with left-ve
ntricular aneurysmectomy was performed successfully. This is the young
est case in the literature which describes a successful surgical treat
ment for a spontaneous coronary artery dissection with left-ventricula
r aneurysm.
