Abstract
We compared the preferred body temperature (T-b) of fasted and satiate d diamondback water snakes (Nerodia rhombifera) in linear thigmotherma l gradients. We found no significant postprandial thermophily. Thermor egulatory precision varied among 6 days of testing and was most precis e during the first day (24-48 hr after feeding).
