B. Morosin et al., SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES OF STRONTIUM COPPER OXYFLUORIDE, SR2CUO2F2+DELTA, Physica. C, Superconductivity, 241(1-2), 1995, pp. 181-186
Superconducting properties of Sr2CuO2F2+delta have been measured as a
function of synthesis parameters. Fluorination initiates above 160-deg
rees-C, appears optimum near 180-degrees-C and is difficult to control
above 250-degrees-C in forming superconducting samples. Optimum T(c)
values are nominally 47 K; however, Meissner data show fluctuations ex
tending to 60 K.
