Abstract
Bound state energy eigenvalues of the generalized Hellmann potential a re obtained. The hypervirial 1/N expansion method is used together wit h the Hellmann-Feynman theorem. Results are analytically given up to t he fourth order of the screening parameters lambda and mu.
