Abstract
PryBa2-yCu3Ox thin films have been synthesized by MOCVD with different s compositions on MgO (100), SrTiO3 (100), LaAlO3 (012) substrates. Th e resistivity of this oxide varies with the composition. This characte ristic should allow to modify multilayer properties. Secondary neutron mass spectrometry reveals that little interdiffusion takes place at t he interfaces of YBCO / PBCO stacked layers. YBa2Cu3O7-x/PrBa2Cu3O7-x superlattices have been grown by this technique on (100) SrTiO3. Satel lite peaks have been observed in the X-ray diffraction spectrum.
