The superconducting transition of Nd1.85Ce0.15Cu1+deltaOy and Sm1.85Ce
0.15Cu1+deltaOy Samples was studied as a function of the Cu content th
rough magnetic modulated microwave absorption and resistivity measurem
ents. Superconducting transitions were observed only for samples with
a Cu content 1+delta greater than or equal to 1.01. This Cu excess see
ms to be necessary in order to obtain superconductivity in the electro
n doped materials.
