Abstract
High Quality Ba1-xSrxCuO2+delta (x=0-1) thin films in the infinite lay er structure were prepared by molecular beam epitaxy on SrTiO3 and NdG a(O)3 substrates. High conductivity at room temperature and anomalous resistivity behaviour were found in many samples with x=0.5-0.8, at ab out 150-200 K. But no superconductivity was confirmed.
