Abstract
Homogeneous solid solution (Sr1-yCay)(0.9)La0.1CuO2 with infinite laye red structure could be prepared in a range 0 less than or equal to y < 0.2 applying high pressure synthesis. Both a- and c-lattice parameter s shrank with Ca2+ substitution because of the smaller ionic size of C a2+ than Sr2+. Tc(onset) slightly reduced and meissner volume fraction decreased with Ca2+ substitution as well as unit cell volume from the values of Sr0.9La0.1CuO2.
