Abstract
The optical response of high-ire superconductors (HTSC) in mid- and ne ar-IR region has been investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry in or der to reveal the free carrier contribution. The experimental data hav e been analyzed in pseudodielectric function (PDF) approximation. A re lationship between atomic microstructure and free carrier system has b een studied in two groups of HTSC, Bi-based (2212)- type and Tb-doped (123)-type single crystals.
