Abstract
Photoluminescence and electronic resonance Raman scattering studies on overdoped Tl2Ba2CuO6 with T-c similar to 85 and 30 K are reported. Lu minescence is shown to be the primary contributor to secondary emissio n in these materials. A ''2 Delta-like'' feature at similar to 6kT(c) for 85 K SC, and at similar to 3.5kT(c) for 30 K SC, is observed below T-c.
