We report on the anisotropy of thermal expansion a of La2-xSrxCuO4 (x=
0.14) detwinned single crystals. Using observed discontinuities in alp
ha at the tetragonal-orthorhombic transition temperature, T-d, the uni
axial stress dependence along the a-, b- and c-axis are estimated as d
T(d)/dP(i=a,b,c) approximate to +130, -310 and +60 K/GPa, respectively
. We also discuss the structural fluctuation near T-d.
