Abstract
We have measured the transmission spectra in the infrared range (1000- 6000 cm(-1)) of several thin films YBaCuO/MgO as a function of tempera ture: we show that the temperature dependence of the transmission betw een 90 K and 300 K is consistent with a linear variation of the carrie r scattering rate with temperature. Our results appear in quantitative agreement with the marginal Fenni liquid (MFL) theory.
