Abstract
The complex investigation of transport phenomena in Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-zCOz Oy system has been carried out. The results obtained have been analyze d on the basis of narrow-band model. A correlation between the tendenc ies in band spectrum parameters changes with dopant content increase w ith ones in T-c change enables to confirm the conclusion about determi nant effect of oxygen sublattice disordering on band structure and sup erconducting properties of YBa2Cu3Oy. The specific Ca doping effect on the electron system parameters is revealed.
