Abstract
Results of Hall effect and thermoelectric power (TEP) measurements on sintered samples of Y0.9Ca0.1Ba2Cu3O7-delta (Ca0.1YBCO) are presented, and compared to previous data for sintered samples of YBa2Cu3O7-delta (YBCO) ([1]) and YxCa1-xSr2(Tl0.5Pb0.5)Cu2O7 (Tl-1212) ([2]). Results indicate that calcium substitution in YBC0(7-delta) does not dope hol es uniformly for all values of delta.
