First results of investigations of nonlinear response of three lightly
-oxygenated crystals of La2CuO4+x, in the excess-oxygen phase separati
on (PS) region are reported. It is argued that the peculiarities of re
sponse are due to domains formed at PS which possess weak ferromagneti
sm. The estimations of domain sizes are obtained: L(parallel to) simil
ar to 4.5.10(3) Angstrom in CuO2 - plane and L(perpendicular to) great
er than or equal to 260 Angstrom in orthogonal direction.
