Abstract
The electrical, magnetic and EPR measurements were performed on YBa(2) Cu(3-X)M(X)O(7-partial derivative) superconducting systems, with M=Zn and Ni. The transition temperatures and critical current densities wer e correlated with the number as well as the localization of paramagnet ic Cu2+ and Ni2+ ions.
