Abstract
Propagating plasma modes have been observed for the first time in a ve ry thin superconducting film of granular aluminium deposited on a high dielectric constant material in the 100 MHz-1 GHz frequency range. Th e two-dimensional plasma dispersion relation, taking account of retard ation effects, has been verified.
