Abstract
A constituent quark model is used to calculate the exclusive pair prod uction of B-u,s,c(()) and D-u,s((*)) mesons in e(+)e(-) annihilation. It allows one to illuminate the meaning of the 1/m(b,c) corrections t o the leading order of the effective heavy quark theory.
