Abstract
A new tetrahydrazido-germanium (GeTH) ligand was synthesized, characte rized and complexed with Tc-99m. The negatively charged Tc-99m-chelate was shown to form in high yields at neutral pH in the absence of othe r reducing agents and exhibits high in vitro and in vivo stability.
