The effect of quasi-particle interference is studied on the conductanc
e of ''hybrid'' mesoscopic systems composed of quasi-one-dimensional n
ormal (N) wires of different topology in contact with S (superconducti
ng)- and N-regions (banks). The results are found for different ratios
between the resistances of the barriers at the N-wire-bank interfaces
. For systems with a loop Aharonov-Bohm oscillations of the magnetocon
ductance are studied and shown to be in agreement with experiment [Pet
rashov et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 70 (1993) 347].
