Abstract
The system of strongly correlated degenerated electrons with the hybri disation of pairs is investigated. The spectrum of fermi-excitations i s obtained for the realistic parameters of hamiltonian. The calculated concentration and temperature dependencies of spin susceptibility are in agree with the experimental ones for some narrow- band compounds. We discuss also the possibility of the superconducting pairing of elec trons depending on parameters of hamiltonian.
