Abstract
We compute the spectral function of electrons coupled to antiferromagn etic paramagnons following closely a phenomenological approach by Kamp f and Schrieffer[1]. The results are used to interpret the presence of superstructures (''shadow bands'') and other features recently observ ed, close to the Fermi surface, in metallic cuprates. An electron para magnon coupling constant can be estimated by comparing theoretical and experimental spectra.
