Abstract
Highly Textured YBCO bulks with dense stacking faults and dislocations were prepared by powder melting process. Through comparing the magnet ic measurement data and microstructure characteristics of the samples with different amount of crystal defects, we consider that the stackin g faults and dislocations in PMP processed YBCO are strong flux pinnin g centers.
