Pinning and irreversibility behavior of de-sputtered and Au-irradiated
Bi-2212 films have been investigated by means of SQUID-magnetometry.
For different field regimes a basically different course of the irreve
rsibility line as a result of Au-irradiation is found. A maximum shift
of the irreversibility line by 20K occurs at H=15kOe as a result of i
rradiation by a dose of Phi=10(11) cm(-2), whereas for higher fields,
the efficiency of the columnar defects is reduced. Above H=15kOe a cha
nge in the temperature dependence of the irreversibility field occurs
indicating a transition from a 3D vortex glass to a 2D vortex lattice.
