Abstract
Complexes of transition metal fragments with tripodal polyphosphine li gands (NP3, PP3, triphos) usually display reversible electron-transfer processes. Sometimes, such derivatives undergo electron addition/remo val steps which cause more or less complicated molecular reorganizatio ns. A few examples of these redox-induced rearrangements are here illu strated.
