Abstract
Trialkylsilylphosphites (1a-1d) and trialkylsilylphosphates (2a-2d) we re synthesized in good yield by a facile method. The method could be e asily used to prepare P-O-Si bond and P-Si bond compounds from dialkyl phosphites and trialkylchlorosilanes.
